Steve True Named Vice President, infoLAB Automotive Practice

ANN ARBOR, MI  (August 16, 2007) – infoLAB Inc. has named Steve True vice president in its Automotive Practice. He will be responsible for customer development in the United States and Canada.  True will report to Brian Guerin, infoLAB President.   

infoLAB is a provider of customer retention solutions to tire and automotive service retailers. In business since 1994, infoLAB has more than 4,000 customers in markets as diverse as automotive, real estate, and financial services.

Prior to joining infoLAB, True served as sales director for OEConnection, where he led the creation of a national network of tire distributors to participate in online ordering from the Ford and General Motors dealer networks.

Earlier in his career, True served as a general manager with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Through positions in sales, marketing, advertising, and market research, True has worked extensively with tire and auto service retailers, providing business-building tools.

True earned a bachelor of economics and an MBA from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
